Shipping information

All orders are prepared as soon as payment is confirmed.

Once an order has been placed, we will contact you by email to check if the items ordered are ready for immediate dispatch.

If the items are not currently in stock, please allow up to 6 weeks for production.

Delivery times depend on the destination:

As soon as your goods have been handed over to our shipping partner UPS, you will receive an email with your parcel number. You can track your shipment via UPS Tracking.

All deliveries to destinations outside Germany may be subject to customs clearance. The buyer undertakes to inform himself in advance about the payment of customs duties and/or special taxes with the competent authority.
